Chief Operating Officer, Tammy L. Williams, MHA
Tammy received a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Central Florida and has 20 years of experience in the health care finance field, including 15 years at UF Health. She has been responsible for the development of a $1 billion annual operating budget in collaboration with 29 College of Medicine departments, the dean’s office and five research centers. In her role, she oversees the policies and procedures used to forecast the College’s budget and brings together key stakeholders to forge a stronger alignment between the College and medical center. In addition to financial oversight, Tammy oversees operations for the College including operational and administrative policies and improvement initiatives, space management, facilities management, workforce planning, and the human resources team.
